The following are the terms and conditions between the Guest and the Management. These terms and conditions are binding on the guests and form the basis on which the Guest is permitted to use the room. During your stay you are requested to adhere to the guidelines. We assume that the Guests are familiarized and fully understand the House Rules at the beginning of their stay in our resort.

  1. *Valid identity Document*:
    • Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document.

  2. *Check-In and Check-Out*:
    • Check-in is at 2 PM; check-out is at 11 AM.
    • Late check-out / Early check-in may incur additional charges.
    • All departures after 11 a.m. will be considered as late departures and an additional half day rate will be applied to Guest’s account till 6 p.m. If departure is after 6 p.m. an extra night including breakfast, will be charged.
    • If during your stay, for whatever reason, you need to check out earlier, it is necessary to inform reception. You may avail refund as per cancellation policy.

  3. *Common Timings*:
    • Swimming pool Timing 8.00 AM - 2 PM, 4 PM TO 8.00 PM.
    • Breakfast Timing: 8:00 AM TO 10:00 AM.
    • Lunch Timing: 1.00 PM TO 3.00 PM.
    • Dinner Timing: 7.30 PM TO 10:30 PM.
    • 10:00pm Having the last order for the restaurant.
    • Common campfire Timing: 08:30 PM TO 09.30PM.
    • Club House Timing: 8.00 AM TO 10:00 PM.
    • Health club Timing: (Morning) 7:00 AM TO 10:00 AM (Evening) 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

  4. *Settlement of Bills*:
    • Bills must be settled on presentation.
    • Cheques are not accepted.
    • In keeping with the government regulations, all foreign nationals are requested to settle their bills in foreign currency only.

  5. *Wi-Fi internet*:
    • Wi-Fi internet is free and available in the entire hotel. Passwords are provided at the reception and on your key card folder.

  6. *Day use*:
    • Day use is from 10 am to 6 pm.

  7. *Parking*:
    • For your convenience the resort has arranged the parking facility. Resort takes no responsibility for any damage or loss of your vehicle in the parking.

  8. *Key Card*:
    • You are requested to hand over your key cards upon check out. Any damage or loss of key card will incur charges.

  9. *Smoking Policy*:
    • Smoking is allowed only in the permitted spaces.

  10. *Quiet Hours*:
    • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. Loud music also is restricted during that time.
    • Please respect other guests.

  11. *Dress Code*:
    • Guests must have appropriate clothes and footwear when they are moving through the public spaces of the resort.
    • Kindly avoid wearing night wares in the public areas of the resort.
    • Proper swimming costumes should be used while using the pool.

  12. *Washing and drying of clothes*:
    • No guests are allowed to do washing and drying of clothes inside the accommodation. Clothes are not to be spread on the balcony. The management has all rights to seize the same if found on the balcony.
    • Laundry facility is available. Laundry will be collected at 9- 10 AM and the same will be delivered by 6-7 PM.

  13. *Cooking in the accommodation*:
    • No guest is allowed to cook food inside the accommodation.
    • It is not permitted to use iron, hot plates, electric heaters or any other heater device.

  14. *Housekeeping*:
    • Though the housekeeping cleans your room on a daily basis after your permission, the bed linen will be changed only if the tent card is placed on the bed and the towels will be changed only if the tent card is placed in the vanity counter.
    • Please place the "Do Not Disturb" sign if you do not wish to be disturbed. When the DND is removed, please inform the Housekeeping/ Front Office.
    • It is not allowed to take out from the hotel the room amenities (pillows, blankets, towels, etc..).

  15. *Use of Resort Facilities*:
    • Follow all posted rules and regulations for Pools, Gym, Spa, activity areas and other facilities.
    • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
    • The Guest shall use all the facilities and services available at the resort with care and caution and entirely at their own risk.
    • All rooms have air conditioning. Please note that air condition does not optimally work if windows are opened or if windows are not properly closed.

  16. *Damage*:
    • You may get charged for breakage, damage or loss of items in the room.
    • The Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the resort property caused by himself, his guests, his friends or any person for whom he is responsible.
    • For any damage caused by the Guest to the property, the Guest is due to cover the cost of damage to the resort.
    • Please report any damage or maintenance issues to the front desk at the earliest.
    • Management shall not be responsible for any injury to the Guest or damage to his belongings that may be caused as a result of the use of the facilities/services or from any reason whatsoever.

  17. *Safety and Security*:
    • Please don’t keep room key card with mobile phones or coins. The card may get deactivated. In such a case, you can take assistance from the front office.
    • Keep your valuables in the room safe.
    • Report any suspicious activity to the Housekeeping/ Front Office.
    • Hotel bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings.
    • In case of any loss, you are kindly requested to immediately inform reception.
    • We suggest you double check your room for any leftover items upon your departure from the Hotel.
    • In all Guest rooms DO NOT DISTURB sign has been provided. Resort rule is that this sign cannot be displayed longer than 24 hours. After this time, the resort reserves the right to enter the room due to safety and security reasons.

  18. *Food and Beverage*:
    • Outside food and beverages are strictly restricted.
    • Minibar items will be charged to your account upon consumption.

  19. *Behaviour and Conduct*:
    • Respect other guests and resort staff.
    • Inappropriate behaviors, including excessive noise, drunkenness, or harassment, will not be tolerated.
    • Pets are not allowed in the common area.

  20. *Environmental Practices*:
    • Conserve water and energy by reusing towels and turning off lights and electric gadgets when not in use especially Air conditioner and Geezer.
    • Please make sure that your key card is removed while you are outside your room. This will definitely prevent your inconvenience and help us preserve energy.
    • Please close all the doors & windows after sunset to prevent insects entering the villas & rooms.

  21. *Visitor policy*:
    • Visitors are allowed only in coffee shop, restaurant and lobby. Visitors are not allowed between 8.00 pm to 08.00 am.

  22. *Possession of hazardous Goods*:
    • Bringing into the resort or storing any article of combustible/hazardous nature or prohibited goods of objectionable nature is not allowed. The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management for any loss financial or other that may be caused by such articles.
    • It is illegal for a person to possess, sell, purchase, store or consume any narcotic drug or psychotropic substance.

  23. *Suggestions /Technical Problems*:
    • If you have any suggestion on hotel service or if you have any technical problem in your room, please be free to inform us at your earliest convenience. In case of late notice for any complaints that you might have, when the hotel has no chance to react, those situations will not be considered as a reason for the accommodation rate discount.

  24. *Amendment of Rules*:
    • The management reserves to itself the right to add or alter or amend any of the above rules, terms and conditions.
    • The guest shall use all the facilities and services available at the resort with care and caution. The guest shall abide by the instructions placed by the management at various places in the resort premises.

  25. *Management's Right*:
    • It is agreed that the Guest will conduct himself/herself in a respectable manner and not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the resort premises.
    • The Guest is requested to observe, abide by, confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws.
