1. Service Delivery
Wayanad Silverwoods is a luxury resort offering accommodation and related services. All bookings made through our website are for service reservations and do not involve the physical shipping of goods.

2. Booking Confirmation
Upon successful payment via Razorpay, a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your booking details will be sent to your registered email address and phone number within 5–15 minutes.

If you do not receive a confirmation within 1 hour of payment, please contact us immediately at reservations@wayanadsilverwoods.com.

3. E-Voucher/Invoice
A digital invoice and e-voucher (if applicable) will be shared along with your confirmation mail. This voucher must be presented at the time of check-in, either digitally or in print.

4. Delivery Timelines
Digital Booking Confirmations: Instant to 1 hour post successful payment.

Add-On Services (if any) such as gift cards or experience packages may have different timelines, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Failed or Delayed Delivery
If, due to technical issues or incorrect contact details, your confirmation is delayed:

Reach out to our support team with payment reference or booking details.

We will verify the transaction and resend your confirmation as quickly as possible.
